Rachael Kelley is Chief Technology Partner of Burton Kelley, LLP. Her practice brings together years of insurance company and broker defense experience with comprehensive knowledge of technology and information systems. Ms. Kelley has trained claims handlers on various insurance regulations and good faith claims handling. She is an ESI Discovery Expert and has saved our clients substantial amounts of money and resources by employing her knowledge of computer programs and systems to respond to mass discovery in litigation.

Ms. Kelley is extremely adept at understanding our clients specific needs and goals which allows her to design and implement a defense strategy they trust. Ms. Kelley is known for her poise, dogged representation of her clients in court and unwavering commitment to deliver excellent legal results to her clients.

Ms. Kelley is admitted to the bar in the State of California and the United States District Court for the Southern District of California. She received a JD from California Western School of Law in 2013 and a BA from the University of Arizona in 2009. She is the community outreach co-chair of the San Diego Association of Business Trial Lawyers. ABTL consistently relies on her to manage all the behind-the-scenes technology for its various events.
