Viviana Ortega, Case Manager/Litigation Operations Manager, joined Burton Kelley, LLP in 2025. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Political Science – Public Law, with double minors in Business and Spanish Literature, from the University of California, San Diego in June of 2024.

During her final year at UC San Diego, Viviana was accepted into the Paralegal Certificate Program at UC San Diego Extended Studies. Since completing the program, she has gained valuable experience in real estate, business and civil litigation.

Grateful to call San Diego home, Viviana enjoys exploring new places around the city and spending time at the beach whenever she can.
