Daniella Doern joined Burton Kelley in 2025 as an associate attorney. Prior to joining Burton Kelley, Ms. Doern gained significant civil litigation experience, which she now applies in her practice defending clients in first-party bad faith claims.

Ms. Doern earned her Juris Doctorate from California Western School of Law, where she received a Business Law Honors Concentration and the Academic Excellence Award in Legal Research & Writing. During her time at California Western, she interned at various legal clinics and law firms, including Community Law Project and New Media Rights.

Originally from Orlando, Florida, Ms. Doern earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Central Florida, majoring in Legal Studies with a minor in Business Administration, before relocating to San Diego to pursue her legal career.

Outside of the office, Ms. Doern enjoys hiking, practicing yoga, and spending time with her family.
